We collect only what we need to respond to and fulfill a sourcing request: your email address, destination country, request details, links, uploaded images, and any optional information you provide. We may also receive basic technical analytics needed to operate the website.

How we use information

We use request information to evaluate items, communicate with you, prepare a quote, arrange a purchase you approve, and coordinate delivery. Uploaded photos are used only to fulfill your request. We do not publish or share them as examples without clear permission.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers by default, or store card numbers. Payments are handled directly by the payment processor you choose.

Limited sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with the form service that collects your request (hosted by Tally, an EU-based processor used to receive submissions and attached images), payment processors, sellers, and logistics providers to complete an approved order. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legitimate record-keeping duties.

Before launch, the operator must add a real contact address, retention period, legal basis, and jurisdiction-specific rights information.
