ChinaConcierge is a purchasing-assistance and sourcing service. We are not a marketplace, retailer, manufacturer, or shipping company. We help you find and buy items you approve and can arrange international shipping on your behalf.

Our role

We do not guarantee that every product can be found, is authentic, will meet a particular expert standard, is the lowest price, or is importable into your country. Basic inspection is not expert authentication. We do not provide legal, customs, or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate request and delivery information, review the quote before approval, pay as agreed, and ensure the product is legal to import and own where you live. You must not use the service to obtain prohibited items.

Third parties and liability

Sellers, carriers, customs authorities, and payment processors operate independently. Their delays, decisions, losses, and policies can affect an order. Any liability terms, governing law, dispute process, and consumer-rights language must be reviewed and completed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
