Why do I make two payments?
The first payment covers the item cost and our service fee. The second goes directly to the shipping carrier — we never touch that money. It keeps freight costs transparent and lowers the PayPal fee you pay overall.
Do you keep a stock of items?
No. Every request is sourced on your behalf, at your request. We don't hold inventory or resell.
How long until I hear back?
We read every request in order. For most links, you'll get a reply or a quote within a working day or two. Complex sourcing takes longer — we'll tell you if we can't proceed.
Are you affiliated with Taobao, Tmall, or 1688?
No. ChinaConcierge is an independent sourcing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Chinese marketplace.
