What we do
We find the item, translate the listing, photograph it, and quote you in USD. If you approve the quote, we buy it, verify it, and hand it to the shipping carrier you pay directly. We don't hold inventory, don't resell, don't drop-ship.
The whole service is built around four things: Access — a channel into listings you can't reach from your country.Judgment — reading the Chinese page and knowing what a fake listing looks like. Verification — photographing and describing every item before you pay.Convenience — you read English and pay in USD; we read Mandarin and settle in CNY.
Who we are not
ChinaConcierge is not a Taobao, Tmall, JD, or 1688 shop. It is not an importer of record for you unless the order says so in writing. It is not a marketplace, a reseller, or a drop-shipping service.

The rules we keep
Two payments, always
One to us for item and service, one direct to the carrier for freight. Freight is never marked up by us.
Every quote is itemised
Product cost and our service fee are always on separate lines. Never merged.
Two rates, decided by the work
8% when you send a link and we only order, receive, inspect and pack it. 15% when we have to find, compare and select the item ourselves. Your first order and your hundredth pay the same rate — the price never depends on how long you have been a customer.
Honest advice, including no
If the item is off-list or the cost does not make sense, we tell you. We prefer a no than a bad order.
A real person reads every request
No triaging bots. Every request goes to a person who will reply in English.
