How to source products from China: the short answer

Send ChinaConcierge a link, a photo, or a plain description. A person searches 1688, Taobao, Tmall, JD, and Pinduoduo, photographs the actual item, and returns a line-item quote in USD covering product cost, our service fee, and any add-ons — each on its own line. There is no minimum order. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote, which stays valid for 10 days. Payment is then split in two: the first goes to ChinaConcierge for the item and our service fee, the second goes directly to the shipping carrier for freight and duties. You never need a Chinese bank account, phone number, or Alipay.

Find

You send us what you want. We find it.

A real person reads your request and searches across Chinese listings, factories, and small suppliers. If we hit a dead end, we tell you instead of guessing.

Link — we pull the listing, translate the seller page, confirm it is still live.
Photo — we reverse-engineer the source and search similar makers.
Description — we treat it as sourcing: no link to read, so we search, compare and select, and the fee is the higher sourcing rate. Only genuinely complex or custom work is quoted case by case.

Verify

We photograph the item and confirm the listing before quoting you.

You get a line-item quote in USD. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Quotes are valid for 10 days.

Every quote itemises product cost and our service fee.
The buyer of record and DDU/DDP are recorded on the quote.

Deliver

You approve, we source, and the carrier takes it home.

Payment 1 to us: product cost + our service fee.
Payment 2 to the carrier: freight + duties, direct and unmarked up.
Inspection evidence is archived for every order.
