Pricing

Two payments. Nothing hidden.

You pay us for the item cost and our service fee. You pay the shipping carrier directly for freight and duties. Both payments have their own receipts, and both are visible to you before they happen.

Service fee

Two rates, set by the work involved — not by order size. If you already have the link, you pay less because there is less to do. If we have to find it, you pay more because a person has to search, compare and verify. No minimum order and no minimum fee: a small order is quoted as a small order.

Buying agent · of product cost

You already found the item. We place the order, receive the parcel, open it, check the count and the condition, and pack it. No searching, no comparing, no picking.

You send a brief

Sourcing · of product cost

You describe what you need — a photo, specs, a budget. We search suppliers, compare offers side by side, confirm a sample, advise on the pick, then order, receive and verify it in depth.

Flat items

  • Complex or custom orders—Case-by-case quote
  • Orders over $1,500—Case-by-case quote
  • Deep inspection$25USD, per order
  • Reinforced packaging$12USD, per order
  • Quote validity—10 days
  • Not found$0USD, no fee

No minimum order and no minimum fee — we quote whatever you ask for, and tell you honestly if the cost does not make sense. Large or unusual orders are quoted by hand rather than forced through a formula, so a $2,000 order never gets priced as if it were a $20 one.

Why two payments

Every order is paid twice, on purpose. Splitting the payment into two receipts is the core of the trust design.

  1. Lower cost for you

PayPal charges per transaction, so a smaller base means a smaller fee. Splitting the amount lowers the total you pay in processing.

  2. No freight markup, ever

Freight goes to the carrier, not to us. You pay the carrier's own link. We never touch the money, so there is no freight line to question.

  3. No advance capital for us

We don't front international freight, duties, or insurance. That keeps our overhead lean, so we can quote more precisely.

An example order

The same $120 item, priced both ways. The only thing that changes is who did the finding.

Example only. Real quotes are itemised the same way. Shipping inside China is already inside the product cost — it is never added as its own line. The total above already includes payment and settlement costs, so nothing further is added at checkout. Freight is whatever the carrier quotes; we do not add a margin.

Not always the cheapest. Always the right fit.

We don't chase the lowest price on the shelf. If you ask for the best value, we find the best-value supplier. If you ask for quality, we find a better one. Our service fee — 8% when you send a link, 15% when we find it — pays for a person who reads the Chinese page, checks the listing, and tells you honestly when an order does not make sense.
