No brand replicas, no 'unofficial' versions of a protected logo, no knock-offs with another party's trademark printed on them. We are not a reseller and we are not in the business of taking someone else's design and reproducing it.
Firearms, knives above the threshold of your destination country, stun devices, and replica weapons. If your destination country restricts it, we treat it as prohibited on our side.
Illegal drugs, precursor chemicals, and items your destination country classifies as controlled. Supplements that are legal where you are may still be banned where you are shipping from — we check both sides.
Fake currency, counterfeit IDs, forged papers, and items whose sole purpose is to deceive. Never, under any circumstance.
Sexually explicit items and anything that could be linked to a supply chain of exploitation. If you ask us to source something in this category, we will decline and, if we see a pattern, restrict access.
Ivory, tortoiseshell, rhino horn, and products from CITES-listed species. Some Chinese domestic sellers list these — we will not source them for you.
Lithium batteries above carrier limits, aerosols above carrier limits, flammables, and any UN-coded dangerous good. If the carrier needs a special certificate we can't produce, we do not book it.
Prescription medicines, diagnostic devices that require registration, and anything your destination country requires a licence to import. We can help you check the rules.
Highly restricted on most carrier routes and often requires a permit on both sides of the border. We do not book these on standard routing.
If the item is a copy of someone else's trademark, logo, or protected design, we will not source it. We are not the intermediary between a brand and a counterfeit factory, and being that intermediary exposes our payment accounts to a permanent close. If you want the real thing, we can usually find it.
Destination-country law wins. Every shipment also has to pass the customs rules of the country you are shipping to. If you are unsure whether a specific category is legal on your side, a customs broker or a local adviser is a cheaper way to find out than a returned parcel.
Even when an item is not on this list, we may still decline to quote. Reasons include a supplier we cannot verify, a category we are pausing on pending legal review, or a request outside our scope. When we decline, we tell you why.
