The data we handle, and where it goes.

This policy names the third parties who see your information and for what purpose. It does not attempt to exclude any legal regime based on your country of residence.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us: your name, email, country, what you want, an optional link, optional quantity and budget, optional photos, and an optional express request confirmation.

We do not install tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioural monitoring. Basic analytics is limited to counting page views on our own domain, without cookies or personal identifiers.

Data minimization

We keep each record only as long as the order needs it, plus a short window for legitimate questions. We do not build marketing profiles, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.

Photos are emailed to our operations inbox as attachments. They are not held in a public gallery.
After 12 months of no activity on a record, we delete or anonymize it.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

Photos you submit may contain third-party personal data (a face, an address, a name on a listing). Please do not submit photos that contain data about someone you do not have permission to share.

Your rights

Depending on your local law you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. In some jurisdictions you may also object to processing, request restriction, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, emailwxtdl0428@gmail.comand reference the email you signed up with. We reply within a reasonable period under the law that applies to you.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept for the life of the order, plus a reasonable audit window for legal and tax reasons. After 12 months of no activity, records are deleted or anonymized.

If you ask us to delete a record while an order is active, we will pause further sourcing but keep what is legally required for the outstanding order. Once the order closes, we delete the rest on request.
