Payment

Two payments. Never mixed.

We keep freight out of our invoices on purpose: it keeps your transport cost transparent and it keeps our fees honest. Here is the full sequence.

  1. 01

    Approve the quote

You get a line-item quote in USD — product cost and our service fee, each on its own line. Shipping inside China sits inside the product cost. Quotes are valid for 10 days. Nothing moves until you approve.

  2. 02

    Payment 1 — to us

We send one PayPal invoice covering the item cost (China shipping included) and our service fee. The invoice note states that international freight and duties are paid to the carrier directly, not to us.

  3. 03

Payment 2 — to the carrier

The carrier (DHL, UPS, or a local forwarder) sends you its own payment link for international freight and duties. You pay the carrier directly. We never handle this money, mark it up, or advance it.

  4. 04

    Track your order

Once the freight invoice is paid, the carrier gives you a tracking number. It is logged on your file and updated as the order ships and is delivered.
