Air freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
Fastest and most reliable. Best for anything under a few kg and anything time-sensitive. Price is published by the carrier and paid directly by you.
Shipping
Two payments, always. Invoice 1 covers item and service, paid to us. Invoice 2 covers freight and duties, paid directly by you to the shipping carrier.

Yunda, ZTO, YTO, and similar — often cheaper on small parcels, slightly slower. Same rule: carrier quotes, carrier bills you directly.
LCL or FCL, depending on weight. We coordinate the booking; the freight forwarder bills you. Only suggested above ~20 kg.
Which channel we suggest depends on the item, the destination, and the current carrier network. Every channel you get quoted has the carrier's own price, paid directly by you.
Every order records, in writing, the incoterm used. It is on the quote, on the shipping documents, and on the invoice.
DDU
The carrier charges you the duties at the destination. You see them on the carrier's invoice when the parcel arrives. Good for regular imports you are comfortable with.
DDP
The carrier's quote already includes duties. You pay one invoice to the carrier, and duties are settled before the parcel reaches you. Good for first-time importers and countries with strict clearances.
Every order records, in writing, who is the importer of record. Usually that is you. If the carrier or your destination country requires a named importer that is different, we discuss it on the quote before anything is booked — never assumed.
Duty declarations are based on the actual price paid, not on a reduced or estimated value. We do not offer low-declaration shipping.
Delays at clearance are handled by the carrier, and by your local customs authority, not by us. If a parcel is held for inspection, the carrier will contact the importer of record (usually you). We can help with documents on request, but the clearance itself is between the carrier, the customs authority, and the importer.
When we quote you, we'll suggest a channel and a DDU/DDP setting.
